As well as working directly with clients, he also provides specialist support to the Spirax Sarco national network of sales engineers.
Spirax Sarco is based in Cheltenham, but Bendle operates from his home town of Bingley in West Yorkshire.
He says he is enjoying the challenge of his latest role: "I'm settling in very well.

Over the years I have worked with a lot of different humidification equipment, but Spirax SarcoHygromatik products look like the best so far".
Bendle joins Spirax Sarco from Vapac, where he worked for 10 years.
