The new Drip-Pro Spray Dry Nozzle Check Valves make the problem of nozzles dripping into drying chambers a thing of the past

Designed for simplicity of use and reliable operation, the Drip-Pro nozzle body can be used as either a regular nozzle body or, with a simple push and turn, transforms a standard spray dry nozzle into an efficient, drip-free assembly The Drip-Pro one piece body design, incorporating a check valve, keeps overall length to a minimum: the compact design with minimum parts does not add extra length to lance assemblies

The Drip-Pro Spray Dry Nozzle Check Valve has a patented design that can be incorporated into new or existing systems, keeping a standard appearance to conventional nozzles.

A simplified sealing system reduces parts on the Drip-Pro to a minimum and the availability of body thread in special 'low thread galling' stainless materials extends the life span of spray lances and nozzle carriers.

The Drip-Pro has a unique 'quick disconnect' bayonet design, that allows for easy assembly and cleaning.

It is available to suit all spray lance configurations, in either weld-on or screw connection.

The Drip-Pro Spray Dry Nozzle Check Valve is an all-Australian and world patented design and is used by the world's largest drier manufacturers and dairy producers.
