The Beaded Lane Guide has an exclusive interleaved design, providing a virtually continuous surface for significantly reduced side friction against bottles and containers, protecting pressure-sensitive labels and graphics from damage.

Beaded Lane Guides on the inner packing line permit simultaneous motion on both sides of the line without friction, so multiple lanes can run side-by-side without bottleneck.

The high-performance plastic rollers of the Beaded Lane Guide are also engineered with a specific ratio of outside and inside diameter for minimal roll resistance.

Offered in a range of heights to address any size or shape product application, the Beaded Lane Guide is ideal for hot-filled beverages in compressible PET containers, as well as glass, HDPE and aluminium containers.
