Kraft Foods protects both its reputation and its production equipment by using S+S metal detection equipment to ensure that the ingredients used in the production of Kraft Cappuccino powder are free from contamination To meet Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) requirements, all bulk ingredients are checked for ferrous and non-ferrous metal contamination at goods inwards as they pass along vacuum tubes to the mixing equipment
