Networking of compact soft starters
Aucom CSXi compact soft starters now have adaptors that enable the control and monitoring of the motor, load and soft starters on a variety of networks, such as Modbus, DeviceNet or Profibus
Further to the recent release of the new CSXi compact soft starters from AuCom Electronics, Scattergood and Johnson Ltd now announce the availability of adaptors enabling the control and monitoring of the motor, load and soft starters on a variety of networks Initially providing Modbus, DeviceNet or Profibus protocols, with ASi to follow, these inexpensive plug-in modules allow start, stop and reset commands to be sent plus the monitoring of motor current and temperature as well as indication of status
Also available is a module that allows the connection of the AuCom 96mm remote control/indication panel.
With the release of the new modules the CSXi range of compact soft starters provides the ideal, cost and space effective, solution to motor starting and control.
