The DIGI-i system uses advanced laser vision technologies to ensure global process monitoring and weld quality control.
This advanced seam-tracking system features joint-profile monitoring functions keeping the weld wire precisely positioned in the joint and offering adaptive welding parameter control based on joint variation.
It features weld pool, arc sound and welding parameters monitoring capabilities.
The DIGI-i integrated weld inspection functions also offer the possibility to monitor the weld quality after welding.
The DIGI-i system is perfectly suited for robotic arc welding, tank and vessel, pipe and tube and ship panel line arc welding.
