With a 24 bit ADC measuring at up to 120 readings/sec, the indicator has a very high resolution.
It connects directly to the load cells and displays accurate ratiometric measurements on a 5 digit LED display.
For ease of reading the least significant digit counts can be set to increment in 1s, 2s, 5s or 10s.
An unusual feature is the ability to send a copy of the displayed reading to a printer.
The format of the printout can be chosen to include a title, reference number, reading with units and, with the real time clock option, can also include time and date.
Because the functions are built into the SY035, any standard printer can be used.
Two power options are available, DC or AC.
Each will operate over a wide range of voltages - AC: 90-264V 47-63Hz, DC: 11 - 30V, with power consumption less than 5W.
Two set point relays are fitted on the unit with LED indicators to show the state of the relays.
The relays can be configured to be latching or free.
The SY035 weight indicator is suitable for use in several applications where a weight needs to be displayed to an operator.
The instruments can be used in many industries which may include; food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, concrete etc.
