New project wins result in new job

TAS Engineering Consultants, based in North East England, has recently won three new clients within the oil, gas and petrochemical sector, with projects worth in excess of GBP 4million

This boost in the TAS workload has led to the creation of four new engineering vacancies within the engineering teams The three new multinational client projects include Safety Integrity Level (S.I.L) Implementation to IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 standards, Tank Farm Automation Design and Electrical Detail Design with Switchgear Replacement: these are typical of the expertise offered by TAS on current projects: the new work is spread throughout the UK

The new engineering roles created are for:.

1) Head of Instrument, Control and Automation.

2) Principal Electrical Engineer.

3) Instrument Control and Automation Engineer.

4) Electrical Design Engineer.
