VA500 valves are fitted with stellited seats and integral position monitors as standard.
A major benefit of the VA500 range is ease of maintenance; the inner parts can be removed as a complete unit for maintenance by loosening a single screw, and the contents of the packing gland can also be removed for routine servicing.
The stem nut drive is sealed against contamination and contained within a one-piece, bonnetless die-forged body.
The valves can be simply and quickly integrated with an online hydraulic/pneumatic or electric actuator for automatic operation, and can also be manually operated with a large, low friction bearing hand wheel.
The VA500 range is available with a variety of accessories including a water-seal for the stuffing box, throttling disc, a spring-loaded gland, hand-wheel lock and limit switches.
The range is pressure rated PN100 - 500, and suitable for use with temperatures from -20C to 620C.
Sizes range from DN 10 - 50.
Typical leads times for delivery of the VA500 are 4 working weeks, stock valves are available for most common materials.
