The Clarkson Man-safe Line Blind is one of the most innovative and flexible products currently offered as part of Tyco Flow Control wide selection of knife gate and slurry valves Its inclusion under the Tyco brand means it is available across the company's worldwide network

The KBL Line Blind features an exclusive and dynamic self adjusting sleeve design which combats down stream leakage even in the case of sleeve failure thereby protecting maintenance crews.

This characteristic, combined with its positive splash containment, make it especially relevant for maintenance projects given the need to optimise operations without compromising on health and safety issues.

A key difference between this design and traditional line blinds is its easy installation.

In contrast to the cumbersome and difficult line blinds produced by some competitors, the Clarkson valve, with its double seated, bidirectional shut-off design, offers easy and quick installation, reducing down time and increasing savings.

The KBL Line Blind is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and is available in sizes from 2'' to 24'', is suitable for operating pressures up to 150psi, and is effective in temperatures up to 300F.

A significant benefit of sourcing any product from Tyco is the savings and custom design which the company offers.

With unequalled experience in the design and manufacture of custom design valve products they are able to meet any specified requirements from their customers.

Dealing with a company of the Tyco standing also ensures that extended maintenance shutdowns are a thing of the past, given that quick service and deliveries are provided by an established worldwide network of Sales, Service and Distribution (SSD) centres which act as a direct valve and actuator partner with their customers.
