Tek-Dry Systems is pleased to announce the general release of the Aero-Tek unit This compact machine is used to remove nuts, seeds, granular residue from bakery trays and tins and can be retro-fitted to existing conveyors, or installed as part of a new line

The Aero-Tek unit's prime function is to process bread tins and trays in the bakery/food industry.

Principle features:.

* Continuous operation.

* Effective removal of nuts, seeds, foreign dough and granular residue.

* Low maintenance, easy clean design.

* Can be retro fitted into existing plant with minimal disruption.

* Proven technology, with numerous installations.

Utilising patented cyclone technology, unwanted particles are lifted from tins/trays and blown clear of the conveyor, these then gather in the collection area below.

The entire process takes place within a sealed, hygienic environment, which is fully accessible for maintenance and cleaning.

We can supply units complete with a conveyor, or design the unit to fit around an existing line.

Brushes can be installed to augment the cyclone action.

Various collection options are available depending on customer preference.

The unit itself can be connected to existing on site DCE units, enhancing dust control.

Tek-Dry pride themselves on quick, professional installation and commissioning.

The Aero-Tek units can be installed during normal shutdowns with little or no impact on production.
