Utilising patented cyclone technology, unwanted particles are lifted from tins/trays and blown clear of the conveyor, these then gather in the collection area below.
The entire process takes place within a sealed, hygienic environment, which is fully accessible for maintenance and cleaning.
We can supply units complete with a conveyor, or design the unit to fit around an existing line.
Brushes can be installed to augment the cyclone action.
Various collection options are available depending on customer preference.
The unit itself can be connected to existing on site DCE units, enhancing dust control.
Tek-Dry pride themselves on quick, professional installation and commissioning.
The Aero-Tek units can be installed during normal shutdowns with little or no impact on production.
