Products primarily for use in logistic systems include low-cost glue-on, screw-on and clip-on tags, as well as ISO badges for access control.
Tags are available in versions that hold six bytes of read-only information, or eight bytes of read-only information, plus 116 bytes of read/write data.
For automated production applications that require fast data transfer speeds and tags that can store large amounts of data, the Inductel range offers screw-on and clip-on tags with read/write capacities up to 8kbytes and data transfer rates of 5mS/byte.
Also available are ultra-high-speed tags with capacities up to 32kbytes and data transfer rates of 0.5mS/byte.
Tags in both the logistic and automated manufacturing product groups retain data indefinitely without the use of batteries, making the system ideal for use in applications such as those frequently encountered in the food and pharmaceutical industries, where product tracking is a critical requirement.
For maximum operating economy all Inductel tags are fully re-usable.
The tags are complemented by a wide range of antennas, including cylindrical types, which can be installed using standard sensor mounting brackets, as well as rectangular units that offer maximum reading distance.
Antennas and base units in the Inductel range use plug-in connections exclusively, making them quick and easy to install while also eliminating the risk of wiring errors.
Base units provide two serial ports, allowing simultaneous connection to a control system, as well as to an operator terminal or diagnostic devices.
Links to industrial networks are completely transparent and require no special programming.
