Conference to mark 20th anniversary of Profibus

PI (Profibus and Profinet International), together with PNO (the German regional PI association), is organising a special international conference called Excellence in Automation.
Taking place from 11-12 March 2009 in Karlsruhe, Germany, the event is planned to be one of the most important opportunities in 2009 for discussions about Profibus and Profinet technologies and applications.
It will answer questions about all aspects of automation by covering a wide range of industrial communication solutions, experiences and trends.
It will focus on Profibus, Profinet and IO-Link as well as on solutions for wireless, safety, security and device integration.
Target groups for the conference include end users, developers, system integrators/OEMs and scientists.
Both German and English languages will be used.
Many more events will be organised worldwide to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Profibus.
