Consequently the instrument can be used for various measuring applications such as core temperature measurement of food and meat or temperature measurement of frozen food.

The probes are easily interchangeable as the calibration for each probe is stored in the tip itself.

The testo 105 quickly measures temperature to a high degree of accuracy across a wide temperature range (-50 to +230C).

Measured values are easy to read thanks to the illuminated display.

The testo 105 offers further features for ease of use including automatic recognition of the final value and the ability to set alarm limit values.

For durability the instrument is waterproof (IP65).

The testo 105 is available in a comprehensive Starter Kit - an aluminium case containing the testo 105 instrument together with 3 different measuring tips; 120 mm, 200 mm and corkscrew tip for frozen food.
