Solution for ISO 14644-1 standard for
cleanrooms
New testo 6340 differential pressure transmitters offer a solution for meeting ISO 14644-1 standard for cleanrooms and controlled environments, to accurately monitor and maintain minimum differentials
New testo 6340 differential pressure transmitters offer solution for meeting ISO 14644-1 standard for cleanrooms and controlled environments In certain manufacturing and clinical environments, such as cleanrooms, operating theatres or filling systems, minimum differential pressures must be sustained between the different rooms or zones, in order to avoid the in-flow of contaminated air

Continuous measurement and control of these low differential pressures is required and must be proven annually in order to comply with ISO 14644-1.
While conventional differential pressure transmitters require frequent recalibration, the new pressure transmitters testo 6341 and testo 6343 are equipped with automatic zero point adjustment.
Solenoid valves then vent both sides of the pressure measurement cell in an hourly cycle.
Consequently the microprocessor automatically corrects the zero signal - resulting in the highest long-term stability.
The patented differential pressure cell in the new testo 6340 transmitters is designed to resist friction and abrasion.
The transmitter features a membrane with high mechanical stability, which results in a highly precise differential pressure signal.
The testo 6740 range consists of the following transmitters.
testo 6341 and 6343 - high specification low differential pressure transmitters (0 to 10 Pa).
* Zero point drift = 0 on account of automatic zero adjustment.
* High long-term stability and reproducibility.
* No temperature dependency: the automatic zeroing is performed at process temperature.
* Overload-proof (if over 140% of the measurement range is applied, the solenoid valves close; the cell is vented on both sides).
testo 6342 and 6344 - reliable low differential pressure transmitters (0 to 50 Pa).
* very low zero point drift as well as very good long-term stability and reproducibility thanks to the optimised measurement cell.
* Very low temperature dependency (temperature compensated measurement cell). Request a free brochure from Testo ...
