New software control for high speed LC system
The new Thermo Scientific Atlas Chromatography Data System add-on instrument control software for the Accela High Speed LC provides integrated instrument control and reporting.
Located within the Kanoo regional IT facility, the new office will work in close partnership with the Thermo local support centre in Dubai in order to provide comprehensive support services to informatics customers located across Saudi Arabia.
The new helpdesk will offer timely and reliable local language technical assistance, ensuring maximum benefit from the latest Thermo informatics technology and applications.
"The opening of the new customer support centre demonstrates the Thermo growing investment in the Middle East to support our ever-increasing number of prestigious accounts in this region," said Kevin Smith, Senior Channel Manager for the Thermo informatics business.
