High resolution IR camera is the world's
smallest
Thermoteknix continue to develop their groundbreaking range of high performance Miricle thermal imaging cameras with the addition of an ultra compact and lightweight miniaturised 75mm lens
The lens was integrated with a Miricle 110K 384 x 288 thermal imaging camera as part of a custom solution for Thermoteknix customer Helisureste, based in Alicante, Spain The company have purchased multiple systems for mounting on its large fleet of helicopters and aeroplanes, for forest fire detection

Helisureste was the first private Spanish company to use helicopters to detect and fight fires and operates all year round with more than 50,000 flight hours.
The company needed a compact and lightweight, high performance thermal imaging system and chose the Thermoteknix Miricle 110K camera with its custom integrated 75mm electronic focus f 1.0 lens.
The whole assembly including lens and camera measure just 165mm in length and weigh 800g.
The Miricle 110K camera was delivered with RS232 communication and RS170/CCIR video output, with options for the helicopter crew to remotely control the focus, palette and digital zoom from within the cockpit.
This year, Thermoteknix launched its ground breaking Miricle 307K thermal imaging camera with 640 x 480 VGA resolution and 25micron pixel pitch Alpha Silicon focal plane array operating without any TE cooling or stabilisation.
Packaged in a 1.6 inch (40mm) cube, the Miricle 307K is the smallest high resolution infrared camera in the world.
The Thermoteknix camera range also includes radiometric hermetically sealed cameras which are shock, dust and water resistant and tested for use in vacuum and zero gravity applications.
