Combating SARS with IR thermography
Thermoteknix have just won a key order for the 3 of its new VisIR Human Temperature Monitoring Systems for use in Bangkok as part of their defenses against the Sars virus
This IR equipment has been purchased by the Thai Ministry of Health in Bangkok as part of the on-going defence against the Sars virus which recently resurfaced in the region It is based on the Thermoteknix patented VisIR camera technology and has been developed as a fully portable system to be used in airports and other key sites to help monitor and screen large numbers of people for abnormally high body temperature
