Visual flow check with an accurate meter
Oval gear flowmeters from Titan Enterprises, typically used for accurate measurement of non-conductive fuels and oils, viscous liquids and lubricating fluids, are now available with transparent lids
Oval gear flowmeters from Titan Enterprises are typically used for accurate measurement of non-conductive fuels and oils, viscous liquids and lubricating fluids Unlike other flowmeters, measurement accuracy actually improves as the liquid viscosity increases, from a nominal 1% to around 0.1% of flowrate at higher viscosities

Metering difficult fluid flows
For those difficult liquids, like solvents, resins, lubricating and fuel oils, aviation fuel, cleaning fluids, paint and chemicals, Titan offer a range of accurate positive displacement flowmeters
The flowing fluid causes a pair of meshing gears to rotate, inside an accurately machined housing: the rotation allows the passage of a defined liquid volume, recorded and scaled for display by an electronic counter.
Normally available with stainless, aluminium or PEEK bodies, Titan now offer the OG range of oval gear positive displacement meters with a transparent acrylic lid, allowing a visual flow check on the flowing liquid and the rotation of the gears.
All units are bidirectional and available in sizes from 1/4" to 2", for flows between 1mL/min and 500L/min.
Individually flow calibrated, they are supplied with a traceable flow test certificate: the electronic pulse output signal is transmitted via TTL or contact closure.
Models are available certified as suitable for use in hazardous areas. Request a free brochure from Titan Enterprises ...
