Non metallic sensor for liquid flow
metering

Titan Enterprises have a range of cost effective liquid flow sensors in corrosion resistant engineering plastics, for monitoring all types of liquid, whether ultra-pure water or corrosive chemicals

Titan Enterprises have a range of cost effective liquid flow sensors in corrosion resistant engineering plastics, for monitoring all types of liquid Whether for ultra-pure water, corrosive chemicals, cleansing or etching fluids, the sensors are used in simple electronic control equipment and machinery, and are widely supplied for monitoring cooling, dosing and flushing systems

With simple low voltage DC electronic interfaces, using transistor pulse outputs to monitor actual liquid flow rate, or a switch alarm to signal flow failure of coolants or refrigerants, the sensors are a standard component for systems builders.

With 8 or 10 mm hose barb connections, or 0.25" and 0.5" BSPF threads, standard Titan 800-1000 Series Pelton wheel mini-turbine units are non-metallic with only PVDF, ceramic and sapphire in contact with the process fluid.

Available to monitor from the lowest flow up to 30 Litres per minute maximum, the typical operation of each unit covers a 10:1 flow range.

Specific meter end connections, construction materials, electrical connections or flying leads can be provided to suit such OEM applications.

Metallic or stainless steel bodies are available as an option.

Traceable calibration is provided on 900 and 1000 series units: flow alarm switch settings can also be factory pre-set.

Electronic flow indicator and totaliser units are available for direct flow indication, if required. Request a free brochure from Titan Enterprises ...
