Fully digitised welding systems supply the basic requirement; know-how and sophisticated software provide perfection Fronius is now able to offer the ideal solution for demanding welding jobs

The CrNi-edition of the TransPuls Synergic 2700/3200/4000 includes an unrivalled range of 46 optimised characteristics for CrNi and other hard to weld alloys.

Perfect, careful welding of CrNi is one of the key applications.

In practical terms, low spatter and little need for post-weld machining plus minimum distortion when joining thin metal sheets are convincing additions.

The range of software is comprehensive in respect of materials and material combinations: everything from corrosion-resistant materials of the same composition as the base to martensitic-ferritic rolled, forged and cast steels, austenitic-ferritic (black-white) weld joints and manganese steel.

By selecting a programme, the user can solve even special cases such as intermediate layer welding, hard facing and welds for use with aggressive media such as chlorine, acid, alkali, flue gases or salts.

The same also applies where the requirements are subject to maximum stress due to pitting or stress and crevice corrosion.

Of course, from a program point of view, there is also provision for fine-grain, duplex and no alloy structural or cast steels.

Lists are superfluous when talking about applications and sectors.

The TPS 2700/3200/4000 CrNi-edition is suitable for electrode, MIG/MAG or TIG welding whether in the workshop, on site or in automated situations.

In addition to the universal advantages provided by fully digitised Fronius welding systems, these systems are distinguished by the stable arc, SyncroPuls, e.g for weld ripples, TIG Comfort-Stop for perfectly filled end craters during TIG welding and the 4-roll drive with positive contact for stable wire transport and current transfer.

The current intensity, which is adjustable between 3 and 400 A, illustrates the series wide output range.

Nevertheless, the field welder can still carry the 28 kg TPS 2700 CrNi-edition to his workplace quite easily by himself.
