Autoclave thermocouple gland offers high
capacity
The new TCEG gland from Thermal Detection has been designed for validation of Pharmaceutical Autoclaves, giving a faster and more reliable method of installing multiple validation thermocouples
The validation of Pharmaceutical Autoclaves can be a time consuming process, as it is often difficult to feed a large number of thermocouple wires through a single entry point into the chamber The problem can be further compounded by the difficulty in ensuring that chamber leakage is within acceptable regulatory requirements

Miniature thermal sensors for bearing condition
The Thermal Detection range of miniature bearing temperature sensors, for condition monitoring, now offer improved performance and tolerances with excellent delivery times
The new TCEG gland from Thermal Detection has been designed to overcome these specific problems and offers, for the first time, a faster and more reliable method of installing multiple validation thermocouples.
In its standard form the gland utilises two medical grade, silicone seals and can accept up to 18 thermocouples.
However, with the addition of an extra seal the gland capacity is doubled to 36 thermocouples.
Designed for mounting via a Tri-clamp flange, the gland body, screw clamp and quick release is in 316 stainless steel with the cap in CZ121 brass.
