The premium/Class1, Type 'T' (Cu/Con) wire is available in 100m or 300m reels, solid or stranded in IEC colour codes: it is manufactured to meet the requirements of with HTM 2010/30.
Three formats are available; types 'T' 1/0.3mm, 1/0.5mm, and 7/0.2mm all teflon insulated PFA flat pair jacket.
The jacket is normally extruded but lapped teflon can be supplied.
The supply of pre-cut validation thermocouples to customer specification is another important service from the company.
Here the TC hot junction is formed by TIG welding within an Argon envelope and can be supplied either with the junction left bare or alternatively sealed within an encapsulated Teflon tip for greater durability.
For depyrogenation the same thermocouple material is available with Kapton insulation and a Kapton jacket.
