Compressed air and fluid systems specialists, Thorite, have launched a new range of self-assembly, modular construction spraybooths, suitable for a huge range of production and finishing applications Available in widths from 1.1 to 6.6 metres, the spraybooths are supplied flat pack and palletised, complete with full assembly, installation and maintenance instructions

This enables companies to make significant savings on installation costs by constructing the spraybooths themselves, with the reassurance of technical help and backup available by phone.

Alternatively, Thorite are happy to install the booths and provide any necessary wall or roof ducting for their customers, using their own expert team.

Spraybooth emissions produce a particularly harsh environment which can cause premature extraction fan failure.

The Airflow cartridge fan has been specially designed to cope with these emissions, by including an integral casing which provides totally sealed protection for the drive mechanisms and bearings, to ensure 100% reliability.

The walls of the spraybooths feature high quality, 1.2mm galvanised sheet construction, formed with 50mm returns for enhanced strength and rigidity.

Each panel is individually designed and CNC punched to +/- 0.1mm accuracy to enable fast, solid construction.

Full details of the complete range of Airflow spraybooths are available from the Thorite website.
