The discovery and development of new oil and gas reserves has heightened the need for existing and new workforces to be able to achieve new skills and demonstrate competency, which presents exciting prospects for TTE".
Mr Hunter added: "To fulfil our ethos of TTE as 'global company, local charity', the profits from our commercial endeavours from across the world will continue to be reinvested in our apprenticeship programmes, which hold charitable status.
"To achieve this aim we are continuing to develop relationships with UK and international companies to allow TTE, through apprenticeships, to maintain its commitment to bridging the skills gap that exists in industry.".
