Following a highly successful year in 2004, which saw the company expand with a massive 41 per cent increase in sales, Turbo Systems is recording another strong trading performance this year, as export sales have recovered to complement strong UK trading: "The European market has recovered to its earlier position," said Mr Lang, "and it looks set to remain positive".
According to Mr Lang, the ready meals sector continues to be buoyant but the main growth area has been in bakery (including sandwiches).
"As we develop new ideas in conjunction with our customers' requirements and suggestions, we take that input into what is a seamless and continuous NPD process.
It is a major function and in the last 12 months we've spent GBP100,000 in development," said Mr Lang.

Developed from the highly successful D100 range which were a favourite of many UK companies, the D150 series has been designed with technological improvements that ensure they meet all requirements for the depositing and filling of liquids, creams, semi-solids and particulated products.
