Gas turbine service company continues expanding

A Turbine Efficiency product story
Edited by the Processingtalk editorial team Jun 19, 2007

When Turbine Efficiency, the expanding Lincoln based business, found itself with an increasing need for more space, the solution was found right on their own doorstep

Established in 2000, by Managing Director Alan Hawkins, Turbine Efficiency specialise in services such as complete overhauls, vibration analysis, turbine controls retrofits, consultancy, wash system evaluation and installation, performance analysis, borescope inspection and fuel system retrofits for gas turbine systems.

Turbine Efficiency (TEL) moved into the existing premises at the Taylor Lindsey Sadler Park, off Doddington Road, Lincoln, in 2003.

Just 36 months later this prodigious company acquired a further 2,500 sq ft to accommodate the growing business.

This expansion has continued since then, and Mr Hawkins explained that the company needed to relocate, to be under just one roof.

The company landlords, Taylor Lindsey, were building phase 4 of Sadler Park and Turbine Efficiency signed up for 10,000 sq ft, literally on the doorstep of their existing premises.

Alan Hawkins said "The new building provides the ideal new accommodation the company had been seeking and with the prestigious offices incorporated into the build to meet our growing needs, certainly portrays the desired company image to our increasing number of visitors from all parts of the world - as we operate on a global scale".

Taylor Lindsey Commercial Manager Sonya Taylor said "The company were delighted to be able to meet the TEL requirement and wishes them continued success.

It is great to see a local company doing well and we are pleased to be able to offer a range of modern business premises to cater for continued expansion".
