'D' Series magnetically coupled, external gear pump is ideal for demanding liquid transfer applications such as dosing, blending, metering, sampling and cooling in the chemical and process industries

Designed for handling media at temperatures from -60C up to 176C, the 'D' Series magnetically coupled, external gear pump from Tuthill Pump Group is ideal for demanding liquid transfer applications such as dosing, blending, metering, sampling and cooling in the chemical and process industries Providing leak proof accurate delivery of corrosive media, this ATEX approved self-priming, positive displacement pump has handling capacities ranging from 4litres/hour up to 690litres/hour with system pressures of 35bar and differential pressures to 25bar

There is a wide choice of sizes in the D Series range offering displacements covering from 0.11ml/rev to 2.3ml/rev with media viscosity ranging from 0.3 to more than 2000cps.

The 'D' Series pumps are compact, robust and field serviceable.

Magnetic components are of ceramic or samarium cobalt whilst material options for metal components include 316L stainless steel, titanium and hastelloy.

PPS, PEEK, PTFE and LCP can be employed for the gears and bearings, depending upon application requirements.

Motor options include AC, DC, BLDC and Air.

Variable speed Motor Mate adaptor kits are available.
