The Novalobe range of rotary lobe pumps is specifically designed for viscous media and for applications where gentle pumping or dosing is required.

Based upon the recommendations laid down in the 3A sanitary standards, the Qualified Hygienic Design principles (QHD) and The European Hygienic Engineering Design Group (EHEDG) , the flexibility of the pump is unmatched.

So what's new? The unique rotor mounting design incorporates precision ground cylinders as a drive and rotor location device.
The benefit of this is a very accurate connection between rotor and shaft that eliminates any play.

- Uni-wing rotors for gentle solids handling and doughy products.
- Standard Bi-Wing rotors, a robust and popular choice for most applications.
- Cycloidal multi-lobe rotors offer low shear and gentle product handling with the lowest pulsation levels achievable with lobe pumps.

The seal is front loaded and mounted on a replaceable shaft sleeve in a cartridge arrangement.

Horizontal or Vertical mounted ports - the pump has the benefit of being installed either horizontally or vertically depending upon your system: however, mounted vertically the pumps comply with sterile specifications to ensure full drainability.
Robustness - All pumps are designed with a robust construction, minimising the shaft deflection and any play in the pump.
All pumps are designed for differential pressure up to 16 bar which minimises galling to a minimum.
