The hygienically designed Taurus 300 is suitable for medium production runs and offers a maximum sealing area of 300mm x 400mm.
It features a removable infeed conveyor with rod bars to centre and push the trays, and pneumatic die lifting system for quick and easy changeover for reduced maintenance and trouble-free operations.
For added convenience and versatility, customers currently using an Ulma SMART 500 semi-automatic tray sealer can upgrade to the new Taurus 300 using the same tooling.
Developed to work with a wide range of tray shapes and designs, the Taurus 300 offers precise sealing temperature and tray compatible heat sealing film.
Packaging can be done with or without a Modified Atmosphere (MAP).
For a complete range of tray sealing options, the Taurus series also comprises the 570 model.
