Unitemp have introduced a new range of affordable corrosion chambers that can simulate the effects of salt spray, fog, humidity, smoke and vehicle exhausts on an extensive range of materials
Designated the ESPEC DC27 it has an agitation cycle with a timer of 1 to 30 seconds and a settling timer of 1 to 30 minutes, all adjustable.
The dust agitation is by compressed air jets controlled by the timer system with the flow rate manually adjusted.
The control panel is situated at the top right hand front of the chamber, with an easy to use controls which consist of illuminated timer and setting switches.
Incorporated is a 10cfm regenerative air dryer, mesh product shelf and a V shaped bottom for dust collection.
The DC27 has a 'clamshell' type door / lid for front loading with viewing window.
There are glove ports to enable the rotation of the test sample without opening the door.
Constructed inside and out with the highest quality stainless steel it has an interior volume of 23cu.ft and measurements of 914 x 914 x 762mm and weighs 386Kg.
Power consumption is 240V 50Hz with the compressed at 10scfm.
