Uson has introduced the PrexSEALS range of standard and custom connectors to ensure the leak-tight sealing required for effective performance of leak test and detection systems in an extensive range of applications.

Providing fast and positive test connections to everything from automotive and industrial parts to catheters and other small medical devices, PrexSEALS were developed from the Uson 40 years of experience as a leading international manufacturer of leak detection and testing systems.

The standard range consists of male or female seals with either pneumatic pushbutton or mechanical release, covering sizes from 12 to 55mm male and 2 to 53mm female.

Custom units are purpose-designed for the application and can take various forms including twin connectors, twist and lock, and even connection to square or irregular ports.

A 'fit-for-purpose' guarantee warrants that if any standard seal recommended by Uson does not prove to suit the application, the company will take it back and credit the price towards the cost of a custom produced design.
