Vaseco offers a comprehensive independent environmental testing service for critical components, from the only UK testing facility with purpose built premises that are ISO9001 and UKAS accredited
Operational tests available include helium leak detection, hydrostatic, cryogenic and high-pressure / high-temperature gas testing along with PR2 dynamic cycling for components destined for particularly hostile environments Environmental tests are carried out to determine the functional performance of a component under conditions that simulate the environment in which it is expected to operate, or can verify the integrity of components at extreme conditions beyond those encountered during their working life
Performing these checks minimises the risk of failure once commissioned, and also reduces the risk to personnel in field operations.
With a wealth of experience across numerous industries, from sub-sea to detecting leaks in high altitude gas balloons, Vaseco provides completely independent third party environmental testing to guarantee the reliability of critical components.
