The new AquaFast couplings and flange adaptors for polyethylene and PVC pipes from Viking Johnson make the installation of pipe joints simpler and quicker than ever

There are only two bolts to tighten on sizes up to 125mm, and no need for a torque wrench.

Instead the metal-to-metal positive stop shows when final assembly has been achieved, so a spanner is all that is required.

Designed to resist pull-out as specified in WIS 4-24-01 Type 2 and ISO 14236.2, AquaFast also dispenses with the support liner normally required for PE pipes.

The coupling can be installed in all weathers - even underwater - making it ideal for on-the-spot repairs.

It is a true repair product, because the obstruction-free design means that it can slide along the pipe before completion of installation.

The AquaFast range extends from DN63 to DN315.

For maximum protection against transport, storage, site and corrosion damage, all component parts are coated in Rilsan Nylon 11, with Sheraplex to WIS 4-52-03 for bolts and nuts.
