The European sales force has been doubled by the arrival of regional sales managers Serge Tureau and Nick Rowe.

Peter Hoogsteden retains his role in Benelux and Scandinavia, while Frits Berben now represents the company in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
European customer service is provided from the UK head office, where new staff members Lucy Byrne and Anneka Schorken strengthen the Viking Johnson CRM function by providing local language support for Germanic speaking regions.
