The Orion automatic hot water sanitisation capability provides increased microbial control with additional water specification security, ensuring full compliance with latest USP and Ph Eur standards The procedure can be timed to take place overnight or at weekends to minimise downtime and disruption to production and a full validation document showing temperatures achieved and sanitisation time can be printed out for GAMP compliance
Orion is a pre-validated integrated system, complying with latest GAMP, cGMP and FDA requirements.
Complete validation documentation and pre-delivery tests (FATs and provisional installation qualification) ensure fast-track project execution and minimum site disruption, thus saving time in the planning, design and installation phases of a contract.
