Heavy-duty seal-less diaphragm valves
Hydra-Cell Industrial Pumps, known as Wanner Engineering, has introduced C60 Series regulating valves, to bypass the flow when spray guns for example stop delivery
Hydra-Cell Industrial Pumps, Wanner Engineering, introduces C60 Series regulating valves These valves are available in stainless steel, nickel alloy or solid brass and accommodate 0.75 to 1.25 inch NPT/BSPT plumbing

Monitoring hydraulic pump oil levels
A new oil level monitoring kit from Wanner Engineering helps minimise costly process interruptions and pump damage, by detecting any radical change in oil level.
They provide flow from 0 to 40 gpm (151.4 lpm) and can handle pressures from 75 to 2500 psi, with fluid temperatures up to 200degF.
C60 series valves bypass system fluid to prevent excess system pressure.
When a system discharge is completely closed - such as a closed spray gun, closed valve or plugged nozzle - the Hydra-Cell Valve bypasses the total system fluid flow.
They also balance system pressure for multiple-gun operations.
The Hydra-Cell valve design is simple: a tapered plunger with valve seat all isolated by Viton or Teflon diaphragm between the wet end of the valve and the valve top.
When excess pressure overcomes the adjustable spring pressure on the plunger, the plunger lifts off the seat, allowing fluid to bypass and reduce system pressure.
The Hydra-Cell Seal-less diaphragm valve eliminates premature failure of the plunger seal in conventional sealed valves.
