Peristaltic pump manufacturer, Watson-Marlow Bredel has recently launched their smallest peristaltic pump.

The new 400F/A matchbox sized pump is ideal for OEM pumping applications that require high levels of accuracy and where space is at a premium.

The 400F/A with dimensions of 31 x 48 mm provides precision dispensing, down to one microlitre.

Tube loading in seconds, within a safe enclosed design also allows ease of use.

This pump is suited to a variety of applications, including analysis and biotech process equipment, along with industry dispensing systems.

Furthermore, due to the miniature size of the pump, and the low power consumption, it is perfect for portable devices.

A spring loaded track provides extended tube life, and the tube holder allows for continuous tubing or tube element options.

The pump's versatility is further enhanced by the capability to connect to virtually any motor.

Watson-Marlow will shortly be providing a coreless DC with planetary gearbox, brushless DC and stepper motor for specific use with the 400F/A.
