Emergency chemical dosing cube

A WES product story
Edited by the Processingtalk editorial team Jan 5, 2006

The emergency chemical dosing cube is a self-contained easy to install automatic dosing system, with pump, timer, and leak detection: it delivers doses of chemicals from an associated IBC or tank

The 'Emergency Chemical Dosing Cube' consists of a lockable weatherproof container into which is fitted a digital dosing pump, dual contained dosing lines, leak detection, a 7 day timer (for stop start operation) and integral safety screens.

The cube also has a drain plug.

The self contained system weighs in at 15 kg and is designed to hook onto an IBC or be fitted next to a chemical holding tank.

A suction lance can be included to ensure that the entire chemical is used from an IBC: this has the added advantage of removing unnecessary operator and chemical contact.

The cube is available in two sizes, using either a 20 or a 150 litre/hr pump: it can be purchased or hired.

For much larger applications WES provide a mobile dosing system (suitable for most chemicals) with a storage capacity of 4 cubic metres.
