effluents
Lockertex Clarifier Systems are designed to reduce the suspended solids and subsequent biological oxygen demand (BOD) in the final effluent produced by sewage and waste water treatment works
The systems consist of a unique range of polyester mesh upward flow clarifier screens with the option of automatic cleaning systems Installed in final settlement tanks to 'polish' the final effluent, the system helps to maintain compliance at sites with consents from 15 ppm SS (suspended solids) up to 70 ppm SS and can be specified for installations upstream of Sand Filters, SAF and BAF units etc, to safeguard them from solids overload
The Lockertex Clarifier System is a quick and cost effective method of upgrading poorly performing humus tanks.
A new brochure detailing construction, installation, operation and performance is available electronically or as a hard copy.
