This year's Filtration Society conference "Filter Testing, Validation and Monitoring" will be held on 19th October 2004 at The Heath Conference Centre in Runcorn, UK The conference is being organised by Dr Graham Rideal, a member of the Council of the Filtration Society and managing director of Whitehouse Scientific, and is being sponsored by Whitehouse Scientific, Palas GmbH and Parker Hannifin

The programme for the day covers all aspects of filter testing, validation and monitoring both in liquid and gas applications.
The theme of leading edge technology and its effect on the production and use of high quality filter media will again be prominent.
A commercial exhibition will run alongside the meeting.
The Filtration Society was formed in London in 1964 and is currently celebrating its 40th anniversary year.
It is a charitable, non-profit organisation established to advance and disseminate knowledge in the design and use of filtration and separation techniques in industry, commerce and other walks of life.
