Earlier this year Pro-Talk held two seminars helping explain to industrial companies how to develop their internet presence, aimed at marketing managers from industrial and scientific manufacturers The programme covered subjects from search engine opimisation and search advertising to turning visitors into sales leads more effectively
Speakers included Scott Williams and Russ Cohn of Google, Phil Reay of Soup, Jeremy Spiller of White Hat Media, Matthew Tod of Logan Tod and Paul Bragg of Adept Scientific.
The presentations from the day are available on the Pro-Talk website, in the form of PDF files, of between 1.5 and 3.5Mb.
In his initial presentation, Where have all my leads gone?, Paul Bragg of Adept Scientific demonstrated how his company has made the transition from generating most of its leads from conventional print to internet marketing.
Phil Reay then discussed What is Search Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation and How to Choose a Search Marketing Company.
Jeremy Spiller looked at How To Get Your Site To The Top Of The Search Engines, and Russ Cohn of Google UK explained Why Search Advertising is Important.
A short presentation on Your Options With Pro-Talk was presented by members of Pro-Talk's sales team.
Chris Rand of Pro-Talk also explained that It's All About Content and then Matthew Tod examined How To Make Your Website Earn Its Keep.
Rounding up the day, Paul Bragg returned to his problem of 'Where have all my leads gone?' and explained some later developments.
