Oil-in-water measurements on site

Oil-in-water measurements on off-shore platforms, in refineries or wastewater treatment facilities with easy-to-use, portable infrared analysers

The InfraCal TOG/TPH Analysers, manufactured by Wilks Enterprise were specifically designed for easy, on-site infrared analysis of total oil and grease (TOG) and total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) concentration levels in produced water on off-shore platforms or wastewater in refineries or treatment facilities Typical analysis time is under 15 minutes, including extraction

InfraCal TOG/TPH models are available for use with a wide variety of extracting solvents such as hexane, pentane, Vertrel MCA, Freon, hydrocarbon-free grade of perchloroethylene, S-316 or AK-225.

When using solvents that contain hydrocarbons (i.e hexane and Vertrel MCA), the InfraCal Model HATR-T2 is the recommended analyser.

When using an infrared transparent solvent, the InfraCal Model CVH with a 10mm quarts cuvette cell is the usual instrument of choice.

All InfraCal analysers are portable (operable from a 12 volt dc power supply) and weigh less than 5 lbs.

Their compact, rugged design has no moving parts requiring alignment or adjustment and are ideal for use on offshore oil platforms or in refineries or treatment facilities for monitoring wastewater effluents.

Pushbutton, user-friendly operation makes them easy to use with minimal training.

The analysers can read out in infrared absorption values or they can be calibrated to display concentrations directly in any desired format such as ppm or milligram/kg.

A wide range of accessories, such as printer and carrying case increase the versatility and capabilities of the InfraCal TOG/TPH Analyser. Request a free brochure from Wilks Enterprise ...
