Winweigh Connect is a dedicated, user-friendly Windows based weighing package.
It is already tried and tested at sites across Europe and opens up new dimensions in the management of weighing data.
The system automates weighbridge operations and can be used for single or multiple weighbridge operations across one or more sites.
It can be easily integrated with existing business systems, offering weighing data capture and administration, together with system orientated statistics and reports.
The built-in library offers over fifty device drivers for controlling peripherals including terminals, card and remote readers, scanners, barriers and traffic lights, via a single serial interface.
Winweigh provides fully configurable weighing screens, databases and processes, and no programming is needed for bespoke modifications.
The function keys and quick-search displays help the operator to fill in the weighing screen very rapidly, thereby minimising waiting times for vehicles on the weighbridge and increasing throughput.
The Self 800 weight control terminal unit, which has been specifically designed to speed up vehicle weighing procedures at remote or unmanned weighbridges, has full "legal for trade" approval, ensuring compliance with the latest 90/384 European Directive for non-automatic weighing machines.
Access is via a designated swipe card and the unit provides a complete material handling management system which is easy to use by both vehicle and site operators.
Not only does the system speed up weighing operations, but it also extends the available working period for weighbridges.
The Telemaintenance package is an optional part of the Weightron Bilanciai comprehensive service portfolio and can be used in conjunction with any weighing scale which has their Dialogic series of instrumentation.
Telemaintenance is particularly useful for weighing applications at remote sites; with the system installed, any problems with the weighing equipment are automatically flagged up at Weightron offices.
Details are immediately forwarded to the local engineer who can then dial into the weighing system remotely and make a risk assessment of the situation.
All service data is stored using the comprehensive Solarvista customer relationship management software package.
Also on display will be the RoRo- Weigh heavy duty platforms, designed specifically to weigh roll-on, roll-off type waste containers during filling operations on site.
Their robust construction ensures these modules can withstand the arduous conditions found at water treatment works, waste sites, building sites and factories.
They are designed to have significant overload capability in excess of their 30 tonne working capacity and the steel deck is supported on four 25 tonne capacity, fully sealed, stainless steel load cells.
The decks have guide rails along their 6.3 metre length and a 'V' shaped end locator.
In this application, precise positioning is important to ensure correct alignment with the inlet pipe from the pumping manifold system.
The wheels of the containers run along sacrificial steel strips set into the deck and these can readily be replaced when they become worn.
Weightron Bilanciai are part of the renowned international Bilanciai Weighing Group, headquartered in Northern Italy.
