Wilkinson Star has introduced the Mosa GE12000 SXC-EAS single phase 230V, 50 Hz, 12kVA diesel generator for stand-by power applications

Wilkinson Star, the Worsley, Manchester based industrial equipment supplier and sole UK representative for Mosa engine driven welding and generating sets, has introduced the Mosa GE12000 SXC-EAS single phase 230V, 50 Hz, 12kVA diesel generator for stand-by power applications.

This generator, with the facility to connect to either an optional remote stop/start control with 10m cable or a fully auto mains failure panel, has been introduced to complement the existing Mosa 10 kVA and 13 kVA sets and is designed for use in small rural workshops and farms as well as sensitive applications such as residential care homes, medical centres and industrial and commercial buildings.

It is small in size (1320mm L x 790mm W x 750mm H) and weighs 297kg.

It is silenced to EC noise regulations and powered by a 4-stroke, 3000 rpm air-cooled diesel engine with a 14kW output, it has a 9 hour running time capability from a 23 litre capacity fuel tank.

It has 3 front panel AC EEC sockets for connection to appliances or equipment.

The remote stop/start control and auto mains failure panel connect directly to the front panel using an easy to use plug and socket.

Both the front panel and the engine canopy can be locked for security.

This generator has, as standard, an electric start ES engine protection, 63A, 32A and 16A 230V plugs, an hour counter, low fuel indicator, oil pressure indicator and central lifting eye.

Other optional equipment includes road tow capability, trolley and engine heater kit.
