New micro-leak detection system launched
A new automated in-line micro-leak detection system, Leak-Master Inline, can be retrofitted onto food and pharmaceutical packaging lines to find CO2 leaks in flexible and rigid packaging
The inspection is non-destructive and the use of Helium, an expensive tracer gas, is no longer necessary.
No special skills are needed to operate Leak-Master and depending on the set test parameters it is possible to determine leaks in the order of the magnitude of 10-5 mbar l/s.
The durable stainless steel housing with plexiglass lid, has been especially designed for use in high production environments.
The measurement chamber is available in a number of different sizes to meet the demands of the packaging industry.
With the lid closed, the Leak-Master creates a vacuum and the test results are displayed on a monitor after the defined measurement time has elapsed.
Being small in size and portable Leak-Master can be set up easily and quickly everywhere.
The operator defines the relevant product parameters, including leak level, measurement time, and vacuum level using the touch-screen or keyboard.
Each user can individually log in under their name and operate Leak-Master with their specific product test parameters.
Administration and analysis of data is very simple through integration with quality management systems used in food and pharmaceutical production.
Leak-Master has a touch screen control with WITT's Leak-Logger Software using an interface to printer or PC, eliminating the need for manual data recording.
Leak-Master offers professional administration and analysis of the measurement data, custom -tailored to meet customers' quality documentation requirements.
