The reputation of the show attracts personalities from Show Business as well as the top UK Chefs, many of who are well known on our TV screens.
Witt Gas equipment is used to test for leaks and analyse the gas composition in cheese packaging, helping to ensure that all cheeses reach the consumer in a first class condition.
The company will be exhibiting and demonstrating their comprehensive range of gas leak detection, mixing and analysis equipment for use on modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) lines.
This will include Leak-Master micro-leak detection systems for finding the smallest leaks in individual flexible and rigid cheese packaging based on CO2 detection technology.
Also on show will be Oxybaby V, a hand held gas analyser plus the brand New Oxybaby M for those packaging companies, who still require mobility in their packaging inspection but do not have the need to record measured results or the requirement to export logged data via an interface to a computer, a feature that is supplied as standard on the Oxybaby V version.
Oxybaby M can be used not only on packaging lines, but in laboratories and stores and is designed to measure the O2 and CO2 content of the smallest individual food packages, such as salami, cheese slices and snacks as well as other food packaging including poultry and salads.
Carl Long, General Manager at Witt Gas Techniques said: "This will be the first time we have exhibited at this show.
It is a local show being not far from Warrington and it has an excellent reputation.
We supply equipment to cheese makers and packers throughout Europe so we feel this is an excellent opportunity to show our products to the best cheese makers in the UK both large and small.".
