Acetylene pressure regulator from Witt
Gas
Witt Gas Techniques introduce the ADR 150, the latest powerful manifold pressure regulator for regulating high flows from acetylene cylinder manifolds/packs, to meet the requirements of EN14114
ADR 150 is the latest powerful manifold pressure regulator for regulating high flows at acetylene cylinder manifolds/packs from Witt Gas Techniques, the Warrington based gas safety, control, mixing and analysis equipment supplier, for use in industries where high volumes of acetylene are used, reduced from high pressure storage to working pressures as stated in EN14114 It is also suitable for use in applications with high pressure requirements

The ADR 150 features an integrated relief valve, a spring loaded pilot pressure regulator with pressure gauge, an outlet pressure gauge and a dome loaded pressure regulator with a max inlet pressure of 25 bar.
It is able to deliver an extremely low pressure drop for optimal withdrawal of the cylinder manifold/packs and it also has a 150m3/hour flow capacity with an extremely stable outlet flow.
The required pipeline pressure is adjusted by a pilot pressure regulator (electronic control is optional) to a maximum of 1.2 bar.
It can also be supplied with an outlet pressure of 2 bar.
It is CE marked PED 97/23/EG, category 111, safety accessories.
Witt Gas Techniques recommend that should any repairs or servicing be required it should only be carried out by the manufacturer.
