The Niltox range of AR compressed air purifiers has been extended to cover up to six mask users, providing users with pure compressed air to meet the requirements of COSHH and regulatory requirements

The Niltox range of AR compressed air purifiers from Willpower Breathing Air has been extended to cover up to six mask users.

The products in the range provide users with pure compressed air to meet the requirements of BS 4275, EN 12021, HSG53 and COSHH.

Niltox purifiers are guaranteed to remove noxious gases, impurities and taste.

They provide protection at an economic cost, while reducing the need for expensive air quality monitoring and equipment maintenance.

The highest level of safety is maintained wherever personnel are working in dirty, hazardous or unpleasant environments, engendering both confidence and peace of mind for service providers and mask users alike.

The latest additions to the range are the 24AR, 30AR and 36AR units, which accommodate 4, 5 or 6 mask users respectively with a flow rate of 180 litres/min per mask.

These complement existing products designed for 1, 2 or 3 mask operations.

All these purifiers use a two column cartridge arrangement, with one column being active to provide pure breathing air, while the second is being regenerated.

An automatic timing cycle switches over the columns to ensure that a fully regenerated cartridge always comes on stream, and this continuous process ensures maximum cartridge efficiency throughout its life.

The transparent multi-stage sealed cartridges can be easily removed for annual service, and a colour change strip is incorporated, providing visual indication of the cartridge condition.

Units operate off 240V supply as standard, with 110V and pneumatically operated versions also available.

Optional low pressure alarm, hours run meter, manifold outlet and pressure relief valves can also be incorporated if required.
