Following the restructuring of the WRc Group in April 2005, new emphasis is to be placed on its existing waste characterisation and consultancy business This follows the consolidation of the WRc two main business areas, Environment and Utilities, and the appointment of a new Chief Executive, Ron Chapman, former CEO of Advantica Plc
